Peptide Reference Materials
ALVANTIS Pharmaceutical can provide Peptide Reference Materials (PRM), like, Tirzepatide, Semaglutide. Also, we can provide a variety of PRM custom synthesis services. The PRM is packaged in solid powder or freeze-dried form. PRMs can be used for both qualitative and quantitative purposes. The PRM uses HPLC, KF titration, amino acid ratio, MS/MS to ensure the correctness of the structure. In addition, the PRMs for quantitative use were assigned by mass balance or quantitative amino acid analysis(q-AAA).
Amino Reference Materials
ALVANTIS Pharmaceutical can provide Protected-amino-acid Reference Materials (ARM), to support impurity control in peptide synthesis. The ARM is packaged in Type I borosilicate vial, which can be used for both qualitative and quantitative purposes. HPLC, KF titration, amino acid ratio, NMR were used to ensure the correctness of the structure. In addition, the PARMs for quantitative use were assigned by quantitative nuclear magnetic (q-NMR).
