Tirzepatide

Tirzepatide-Alvantis (DMF#040668) was produced use the same chemical synthesis methods with the RLD company Lilly. Tirzepatide-Alvantis has fewer impurities and lower level of impurity than MOUNJARO-Lilly US (see the figure below), and has no unknown impurities detected above 0.10%. At the same time, through optimizing purification and salting processes, Tirzepatide-Alvantis has a solubility of >50mg/mL in non-buffered water, making it more convenient for formulation and compounding.

Alvantis Pharma has completed the full process development and validation of the chemical synthesis of Tirzepatide (batch size ≥ 5kg).
